Insurance & Payment Options

We accept most major dental insurance plans and will file claims on your behalf. Before your visit, our team will review your coverage and give you a clear picture of what your plan covers — and what it doesn't. No guesswork, no surprises when you reach the front desk. If you don't carry dental insurance, that doesn't close the door. We offer CareCredit financing for patients who need to spread treatment costs over time, as well as in-house membership options for those who want predictable, straightforward access to care without navigating a third-party plan. Whatever your situation, we'd rather have a real conversation about it than lose a patient who simply didn't know their options. Cost is part of the treatment planning conversation — not a separate, uncomfortable moment after the fact. When we build your plan together, we account for your budget alongside your clinical needs. If there are trade-offs to be made, we make them together, with your priorities in the room.

New Patient Forms & Education

Your first visit covers a lot of ground — diagnostic imaging, a full periodontal assessment, a conversation about what you want, and a treatment plan built with you before you leave. Completing your new patient forms ahead of time means we spend that hour on your care, not your paperwork. Forms are available to download and complete before your appointment. Bring them with you, or ask our team to send them to you directly — we'll make sure you have what you need before you walk in. Beyond the administrative side, this page is also home to patient education resources covering the most common questions we hear: what to expect from a comprehensive exam, how periodontal treatment works, what the implant process looks like from start to finish, and more. These aren't filler articles. They're written to give you a honest, specific picture of what happens at this practice and why — so that by the time you sit down with Dr. Aultman, you already have a foundation to build the conversation on.

"Great place. Great staff. I fell and chipped my teeth on vacation. I called first thing monday morning and Lori got me scheduled the same day. Dr. Kilgore was quick to fix the problem and now it’s like you’d never know my teeth were broken. I’m very thankful for their help and everything they did for me!"
